About the role

Customer Service Representative Alvies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with a number of customer service initiatives. This role will report to our Operations team, assisting him with customer questions, complaints, concerns, and more often than not, compliments. This is a great opportunity to gain customer service experience while getting a peek behind the scenes of life at a fast-growing e-commerce brand. If you have experience with Shopify software, that is a huge plus. This position is part-time and can accommodate flexible hours during the week and set hours on the weekend. You will be working with a small team to provide the highest level of customer service, which we at Alvies hold as a pillar of our business. Elevation to a full-time position in the future based on performance.
Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have: Experience with Shopify is a huge plus! A friendly demeanor and positive attitude bordering on the annoying An outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with people from around the country. Previous experience in the footwear industryA determination to WOW customers with every interaction is a must. Basic computer skills Strong work ethicA heart for leather boots and flip-flops
What You'll Do: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers during scheduled business hours (M-F Flexible, Sat & Sunday set hours)Problem-solve a variety of concerns that a customer may have, including but not limited to: fit, returns, order status, shipping, etc. Work with our team to quickly resolve customer issues.
