About the role

Vitalief is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Research Operations to lead enterprise-level initiatives and build scalable research operations for a multi-location hospital system. You will drive a Cardiovascular pilot, optimize workflows, and oversee staffing, technology deployment, and governance across sites. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in clinical research operations with 3–5 years in leadership, expertise in CTMS (OnCore) and Epic integration, and a strategic, hands-on leadership
