Host/Hostess Wanted at the Observation Deck in Akron-Canton Airport Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at the Akron-Canton Airport, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency
  • Provide guests with accurate wait times and assist with special requests
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
Job Requirements:
  • Stands for long periods
  • Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
  • Is legally able to work in the U.S.Is able to pass a federal background check
