Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do as a General Laborer: Lift and palletize paper bales from a conveyor; bales weigh approximately 4849 lbs. Keep product moving and maintain a steady pace throughout the shift Walk approximately 35 miles per day Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and stretching routines Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability Schedule 3 shifts available: Day, Swing, and Graveyard 5 days per week Must be flexible and willing to work any shift after conversion Occasional Saturday overtime, scheduled in advance Pay $23.80/hr starting pay
Swing Shift: +$0.24/hr
Grave Shift: +$0.36/hr
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and dependable attendance this is the #1 priority! Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently Ability to walk and stay active for 35 miles per day Mechanical aptitude or an interest in learning how things work Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime
