As our Human Resources Manager, you'll advise employees and managers, shape the local HR experience, drive recruiting and employer branding, and contribute to international HR projects. Tasks Advise employees, managers and the Managing Director on HR-related topics Own administrative HR topics for local US employees Lead local recruiting, including job postings, screenings, interviews and job fairs Develop and strengthen the local employer brand to attract talent Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, rules and regulations Support change processes and develop local HR concepts and policies in alignment with global HQLead or support HR projects and special initiatives with local and international impact Act as interface between local employees, managers, global HR and internal/external service providers Perform other tasks as assigned by Disciplinary and Functional Leaders

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years working experience or Master and 3+ years working experience Academic degree with focus on HR and/ or labor law Working experience in HRFluency in English required German and Spanish language skills are desirable Thorough knowledge of HRExcellent diplomatic and negotiation skills Very strong in communication, both in writing and verbally Ability to relate to all levels of an organization (incl. employees, managers, Managing Directors, Global Headquarters)High intercultural competency Proficient in MS Office SuiteSAP R3/HR module an asset Strong ability to work under pressure Must possess permit to work in the U.S.Willingness to travel Work well under time pressureCV/Resume required Company will not provide relocation assistance Melissa Vargas-Gonzalez
