Job Description: Maintenance Helper $25.00-$30/hr DOE | Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm | Direct Source · Competitive Pay of $25.00-$30/hr DOE per hour plus additional compensation· Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm· Location: Hearne, Texas· Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability· Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Job Description: Join our team as a Maintenance Helper and support the maintenance foreman in keeping our equipment and facility grounds operating smoothly.
Responsibilities: • Assist with the maintenance and repair of all types of mechanical equipment• Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as bolts, valves, and fittings• Maintain proper inventory levels of tools and parts for routine maintenance• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment• Perform other plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance Foreman Qualifications and Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently throughout the shift• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfaces• Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required Benefits and Perks: • Competitive Pay ($25.00-$30/hr DOE)• Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance after 60 days (Company pays 90% of medical; up to $1500 deductible reimbursement)• 401(k) with company match after 1 year• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card• Opportunities for training and growth Your New Organization: Work in a hands-on warehouse environment for a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
