About the role
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP seeks an Intellectual Property Transactions Associate to join our team across multiple offices. The role focuses on technology transactions, IP licensing, and related agreements, with significant client contact and a broad range of matters.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technology transactions, IP issues in corporate contexts, and is licensed to practice in one of the permitted states and admitted to the USPTO.
