ModMed seeks a Senior Director, CS Enablement & Strategy to define the strategic vision, oversee four pillars, and lead a 30+ person CS Shared Services team from our Boca Raton HQ. You will govern Gainsight, SFDC, Genesys, WalkMe and LMS, drive AI adoption across the customer lifecycle, and partner with Product, Support, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing to align digital experience and enable scale.
