Job Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, tools, and equipment. Identify and repair minor issues related to facilities and equipment. Operate specialized tools and equipment for repair and maintenance activities. Prepare and maintain logs and records of daily activities. Install equipment and fixtures, disassemble and reassemble for maintenance. Monitor and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment. Inspect, clean, and maintain County vehicles. Perform other related duties as needed. Additional Responsibilities for Parks and Recreation Set up and tear down events. Operate lawn maintenance equipment. Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms. Perform strenuous manual labor and safety checks.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).Valid driver's license from state of residence. Preferences Up to one year of experience in a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency with applicable tools and equipment. Understanding of general maintenance principles and safety precautions.
