Traffic Management Specialist This is a National Guard Title 5 Excepted Service Position. This National Guard position is for a TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number T5261000 and is part of the CO JFHQ G4, National Guard. Its purpose is to manage Department of Defense (DOD) convoys moving within the state; and to plan, organize and direct preparation, maintenance and execution of peacetime and wartime ARNG movement plans for all units within the state.
