About the role

Crusoe is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Tax to lead tax structuring, compliance, and financial modeling for our data center project pipeline. You will be the primary SME on partnerships and tax equity, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Real Estate Development, and external consultants to optimize tax benefits and mitigate risk. You will report to the Senior Director, Tax and work across interdisciplinary teams on complex taxation issues including ITC, MACRS, and 754 adjustments,
