The Role: You'll develop and execute content strategies for a portfolio of B2B executives, using Influent's proprietary AI system to produce content that reflects each client's voice and drives measurable results.
What You'll Do: Deeply understand your clients' personality, business, ICP, and goals, and build and execute content marketing strategies to serve those goals with Linked In as the channel Apply editorial judgment to content drafts - refining for client voice, Linked In platform nuance, and the specific behaviors of each client's ICPRun monthly content interviews with founders and executives Manage client relationships proactively across Slack, email, and video calls Build and execute Linked In connection and messaging campaign strategies Analyze performance data and present strategic recommendations Generate creative content ideas across formats Operate Influent's industry-leading proprietary AI system
Who You Are: You want to feel energized by your day job, and the way you do that is by feeling like you’re building something. You've probably enjoyed working in a startup or small agency environment before. You’re OK with moving fast and changing direction when you need to. You notice what’s broken and you fix it - you don't wait for a specific title to take initiative. Beyond that:5+ years running B2B marketing or social media campaigns and you can connect your work directly to pipeline or revenue outcomes beyond engagement Experience in B2B and/or working closely with C-suite executives You have great taste and sharp editorial judgment that you’re willing to defend You have strong entrepreneurial instincts You’re client-obsessed and outcome-oriented You’re polished. You can think on your feet, hold a room, and build rapport fast You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity, and you’re high autonomy - you make decisions without waiting to be told You like direct feedback and act on it quickly; \"good enough\" makes you uncomfortable
