Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide helpful information about products and services. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, listens carefully, and enjoys creating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance. Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information. Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain organized records of customer interactions. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Follow up with customers and prospective customers as needed. Assist with customer acquisition and promotional activities. Address routine customer concerns and direct complex issues appropriately. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
