Your Role, Your Impact
Business Process Design & Documentation
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand and document end-to-end business processes across multiple business functions.
Develop current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, value stream maps, and supporting documentation.
Help establish standardized documentation and process governance practices.
Process Analysis & Improvement
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, root causes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify, quantify and recommend priority of high-value opportunities.
Recommend practical and scalable process improvements as well as automation opportunities that provide measurable operational efficiency.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges before recommending solutions.
Technology & Automation
Utilize Visio, Lucidchart, and similar process modeling tools to create clear business process documentation.
Leverage AI-enabled process design, analysis, and documentation tools to accelerate discovery, redesign, and ongoing performance measurement - reducing manual effort and shortening time-to-value.
Support identification of automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve business operations.
Stay current with evolving process technology, AI tooling, and automation capabilities, and bring those innovations to Global's transformation work and strategic business priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate discussions with business teams to gather process knowledge and build trusted relationships.
Work collaboratively across business units to understand how processes connect throughout the organization.
Support business stakeholders through process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Sharp critical thinker with strong business acumen – breaks down complex, ambiguous problems, identifies root causes, evaluates trade-offs, and connects process design to strategic, operational, and financial outcomes.
Technology-forward process leader – uses modern process design tools, AI-enabled analysis and documentation capabilities, automation platforms, and process mining technologies to accelerate value realization and reduce time-to-impact.
Natural enterprise leader and trusted partner – builds credibility across all levels, aligns stakeholders, navigates organizational complexity, and drives outcomes through expertise, judgment, and earned authority.
Outstanding communicator and facilitator – synthesizes complex cross-functional information into clear, executive-ready insights and leads working sessions and decision-making forums with confidence.
Results-oriented, structured, and proactive – brings order, discipline, ownership, resilience, and follow-through to fast-moving, ambiguous environments while identifying connections and alignment opportunities across initiatives.
Required
10+ years of experience in business process design, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience documenting complex business processes and creating process maps.
Strong proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modeling tools.
Experience developing value stream maps, workflows, and process documentation.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve business processes and documentation.
Certifications (one or more required)
Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Equivalent enterprise process discipline certification
Preferred Certifications
Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CCMP
SAFe Lean Portfolio Management or equivalent transformation governance certification
Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, energy, or fuel distribution
Pay Range
Pay Range $136,200.00 - $204,200.00. The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
