The successful candidate will be a key member of the professional leadership team, responsible for driving growth and leading a team of high-level sellers who serve the largest customers. This executive will be at the forefront of a shift towards enterprise, value-based customer engagement, and will be tasked with modernizing the go-to-market strategy, driving the adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, and elevating sales performance standards. The role demands a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with a proven track record in SaaS or subscription-based models, who can lead through influence, and sustain a culture of accountability and high performance. Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in driving revenue growth through value-based, solution selling, and a deep understanding of commercial levers such as ARR growth, CAC efficiency, and margin optimization.
