About H2 Health H2 Health is a fast-growing Outpatient Rehabilitation company serving communities across 11 states. Through our SkillBridge program, we provide transitioning service members hands‑on experience and a pathway into civilian careers in healthcare, technology, marketing, and administration. Available Tracks Technology Business Intelligence End User Support Marketing Admin — Social Media Marketing, Branding, Search Engine Optimization Physical Therapy Physical Therapist Tech Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (licensure required) Occupational Therapy (licensure required) Speech Language Pathology (licensure required) Healthcare Administration Patient Coordinator Contact Center (Jacksonville, FL only) Billing / Credentialing (administrative) Community Outreach Specialist — a blend of marketing and account management Program Details No fixed schedule — hours and structure are tailored to the location and the service member's availability The majority of opportunities are in-person; remote options are extremely limited and available only in select cases Candidates should apply at least 6 weeks in advance of their desired start date, as placement confirmation and documentation processing require a minimum of 6 weeks Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with our recruiting team to ask questions throughout the interview process
