About the role
- Perform all required production tasks, including assembly, machine operation, packing, and inspection.
- Perform primary and secondary assembly operations across all product lines.
- Operate secondary machining equipment including saws, drill press, and other manufacturing machinery.
- Clean and pack finished product to shipping standards.
- Support production scheduling by completing assigned work orders accurately and on time.
- May be asked to obtain certification to operate a forklift.
- Includes other duties as assigned that are relevant to the role and in support of company needs.
- Quality & Inspection:
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain quality standards, process parameters, and other indicators to ensure all components and finished products conform to quality
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative production environment.
- Self-motivated individual contributor with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to shift between tasks and assignments as production needs change.

- Schedule and Compensation:
- This is a second shift position with hours of 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour plus a $2.00 an hour shift differential.
