Valence Surface Technologies Job Posting Valence Surface Technologies is a full-service surface finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries. With strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.
Our Mission: Is to be the most trusted partner in aerospace surface finishing. Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements. Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts. Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing. Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines. Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput. Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line. Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly. Other duties as assigned. No Experience required. Willing to train. Must have a can-do attitude. Manufacturing experience a plus.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
