Pay Range: $126,880 - $145,912/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Labor & Delivery clinical and operational services
  • Oversee nursing staff, staffing, recruitment, and professional development
  • Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership
  • Manage departmental resources, staffing, and budget
  • Key Requirements and Technology Experience:10+ yearsof Labor & Delivery experience5+ yearsof healthcare leadership/management experienceBSN required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtainBLS, ACLS & NRP required
