About the role

Think Together is seeking a Dance Teacher to deliver standards-based dance instruction to TK-8 students in Santa Maria. The role involves collaborative planning with staff, preparing engaging lessons, and aligning with the California VAPA framework to foster creativity and personal growth. Hours are Monday through Friday, pay is $30 per hour, and a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in dance is required. Evening performances may be part of duties and the environment supports student learning.
