About the role

Lead DevOps Engineer / Lead SRE – Manufacturing Orchestration Platform$180K–$200K base + equity | Remote (US), or hybrid if based in MiamiYou own how a fast-growing AI platform gets deployed inside the factories of some of the world’s biggest aerospace and industrial manufacturers. This VC-backed scale-up is growing revenue, and its US business is just getting started. Most DevOps roles let you run software in environments you control. Here, you make a product run smoothly inside air-gapped, customer-owned systems you can’t even see. You build self-diagnosing, self-healing tooling with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform. You also build the company’s federal infrastructure from the ground up, including GovCloud and FedRAMP. That kind of experience is rare, and the market knows it. You lead a team of three to five while staying hands-on yourself. You own reliability, observability and incident response, work directly with the IT and security teams of household names in manufacturing, and help shape how the US operation scales. The product is worth caring about. Manufacturing has run on legacy systems for decades. This platform gives factories a live view of their supply chain, production and quality data, then uses AI to catch problems before they become expensive ones. Landing some of the world’s most demanding industrial customers this early says a lot about what the product can do. The role is fully remote across the US. If you’re based in Miami, you’ll work hybrid from the company’s office there.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
