About the role

Production Line Leader Lead daily activities for an assigned production area by coordinating associates, maintaining production flow, and ensuring materials, training, and resources are available. Support production by working on the line as needed to prevent downtime. Lead daily operations of the assigned production line. Assign work and balance manpower to meet production goals. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent line downtime. Ensure associates are trained and follow SOPs and work instructions. Perform production tasks as needed to maintain production flow. Coach associates and support daily performance improvement. Coordinate with Warehouse, Material Handling, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues. Maintain WIP, inventory accuracy, and system transactions using SFC.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred. Office and manufacturing floor environment. Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production associates. May be required to work overtime, weekends, or respond to production emergencies as business needs. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production flow. Leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to read and write in English. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a plus. Fluent in English required; ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
