Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based - Sign-On Bonus
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Salary: Up to $95,000 base
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, no weekends Our client is a well-established ABA provider opening a brand-new center in Bridgeport, and they are building the clinical team from the start. They are looking for a BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, strong support around them, and a package that rewards good work. What's on offer: Up to $97,000 base salary Sign-on bonus of $5,000 to $10,000 Tiered bonus scheme tied to billable hours, paid monthly Retention bonus available Billable target of 25 hours per week Small caseload Center-based, Monday to Friday, no weekends or late nights Laptop provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Disability, life, and other voluntary benefits 401(k) with company match
What you'll be doing: Providing direct supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians, and managing a small caseload of your own Reviewing session data with staff and families, interpreting the results, and adjusting each individualized treatment plan accordingly Observing sessions and holding regular team meetings with staff and families Advising families on any concerns about treatment, behavior change, or staffing You will have a Clinical Manager behind you for administrative support, scheduling help, and day-to-day caseload assistance, so more of your time goes to clinical work.
What you'll bring: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBA master's degree Active CT LBA licensure, or eligibility to obtain it before your start date At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs Working knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theory, instructional methods, and ethical and legal standards Confident with Microsoft Office and ABA data platforms Able to meet the physical demands of hands-on work, including time on the floor, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods, and occasionally lifting children up to 50 lbs To be considered, click apply or send your resume directly to toby.sanders@operantsearchpartners.com
