About the role
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Washington Care Management Processor will facilitate case assignments, member screenings, and scheduling while working remotely to enhance care management services.
Key responsibilities
Facilitates administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence processing, and scheduling member visits with care managers
Assists in the initial review of cases and coordinates member services in accordance with benefit plans
Promotes effective communication to support the interdisciplinary team in delivering integrated member care
Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare or equivalent education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or comparable software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
