Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour + $350/mo Auto Allowance + Monthly Bonuses

The Opportunity: Beach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join our Southern California team. Based out of our Long Beach office, you will travel to assigned multi-family properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases. Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)1-5 leases: $200 per lease6-10 leases: $250 per lease11+ leases: $300 per lease (Strong performers consistently hit 10+ leases/month)

What You'll Do: Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities. Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements. Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi. Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential/multifamily apartment leasing.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus (not required).Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.
