About the role

7-Eleven seeks a Director of Sustainability to craft and execute the company’s ESG strategy. You will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives, oversee programs and measure progress against goals. You will partner with 7&i Holdings and external stakeholders to drive alignment and impact. The role is 100% onsite at our Irving, Texas headquarters, with leadership of a team and collaboration across legal, regulatory, and accounting functions.
