HDR's Tampa office is seeking a Design Principal to champion design excellence across a growing practice. This senior role leads concept development, guides multiple projects, and sets the standard for creative, integrated solutions that meet budgets and client expectations. You will mentor junior designers, help attract top talent, and collaborate with office management and discipline leaders to advance HDR's design philosophy while representing HDR to clients and communities.
