About the role

Hospicesantacruz is seeking a Corporate Learning Leader to join our Training and Development team. You will design and oversee orientation programs, identify staff development needs and coordinate effective learning solutions across the organization. Ideal candidates have a BSN (MSN preferred), active RN license, and at least two years of hospice or home health training experience, plus strong facilitation and LMS/EMR proficiency to drive continuous improvement.
