About the role

Acclimate ABA in Utah seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in a hybrid, flexible role. You will supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and support families to promote client progress. The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, Utah LBA eligibility, and a Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or psychology, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is required in this client-centered, ethical practice.
