About the role

You will guide development of concepts into new products and improve existing products, ensuring profitability and manufacturability. Lead design, release, and liaison with cross-functional teams to meet cost targets and schedules. You will supervise and delegate engineering activities, manage budgets, and participate in project planning and manufacturing
