BURKE+CO.www.burketalent.comTHE GIST:Our client, an AI-native company transforming the professional services space, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founders, in a highly visible role with direct exposure to how the company is built and run. This is the perfect role someone who takes genuine pride in being exceptional at the craft. You'll own the founders' calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting preparation, and day-to-day logistics while becoming a trusted partner. THE NITTY GRITTY:Own and strategically manage the calendars of multiple co-founders, balancing competing priorities, protecting deep work, and making thoughtful tradeoffs. Manage inboxes end-to-end (triage, draft communications in each founder's voice, surface priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks).Own meeting preparation and follow-through, including agendas, briefing materials, background research, notes, and action items. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including quickly rebuilding itineraries when plans change. Manage scheduling across clients, investors, candidates, and other key relationships Handle expenses, reimbursements, vendors, subscriptions, and other founder-related logistics. Support board meetings, offsites, leadership sessions, and other high-priority company events from planning through execution. Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and steward of highly confidential legal, financial, personnel, and client information. Leverage modern technology and AI tools to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and operate at a higher level. THE ESSENTIALS:5+ years of experience supporting founders, CEOs, CTOs, or other senior executives Experience in a high-growth startup, technology company, venture capital, or similarly fast-paced environment required Tech-savvy and genuinely curious about AI and modern productivity tools. Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft polished communications in another person's voice. Strong judgment and discretion; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and confidently protecting a founder's time. Highly proactive and resourceful with a genuine "figure it out" mentality. Warm, polished, and highly professional with clients, investors, candidates, and other external stakeholders.
