About the CompanyOur client is a growing construction and mechanical services organization seeking a highly organized Back Office Paperwork Administrator to support operational, project, payroll, HR, and compliance documentation processes.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring paperwork is completed accurately, documentation is properly maintained, and project records remain organized and compliant.
Role OverviewThe Back Office Paperwork Administrator will support multiple departments by managing documentation, coordinating records, tracking compliance requirements, and maintaining organized filing systems.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in construction administration and enjoys working in highly organized, detail-oriented environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, organize, and maintain company paperwork and documentation
Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
Support onboarding and administrative paperwork
Track project documentation and compliance records
Review documents for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Project Teams
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Follow up on missing documentation
Handle confidential information professionally
Required Hard SkillsAdministrative or office support experience
