About the role
Campus Maintenance WorkerThe Foundation for Hispanic Education (TFHE) is seeking a reliable, skilled, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Campus Maintenance Worker. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, and in collaboration with the site administrator, the Campus Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of school facilities, buildings, and grounds across TFHE campuses. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors by performing daily custodial duties, routine maintenance, and minor repairs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires basic knowledge of custodial and maintenance practices, proper use of cleaning materials and equipment, and adherence to safety procedures. Flexibility, dependability, and a strong commitment to supporting the school community are essential. The working hours for this position are 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM. From time to time, hours will be flexible to accommodate evening and weekend events as needed.
