Summary: We are seeking a "best in class" Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic and desire to be an integral part of an effective team. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(other duties may be assigned). This is a safety sensitive position*Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipment used in handling of clay material
Perform general utility work
Perform maintenance on equipment
Skills and Experience Required for Success
Previous experience in a non-climate-controlled production environment
Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling
Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) required and provided
Competencies Required for Success
