About the role

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.
Your Role: As the Regional Sales Director you hold full ownership and accountability for your state region’s development pace, progress, ecosystem prioritization, team build-out, P&L, and ROI. FF provides a standard regional team model as a reference starting point — four vertical Key Account Managers (Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, Public Safety & Security), a PAR Development Manager, and a Pre-Sales Application Engineer (FAE) — but the actual team composition, hiring sequence, and resource allocation are yours to plan and adapt to your region’s real market conditions. You set the region’s priorities and pace, arbitrate CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners, and report regional performance, pipeline health, and hiring/enablement progress into the monthly Sales Steering Committee.
Responsibilities: Own full P&L and ROI for the region — total revenue, unit sales, gross margin, and the cost of the regional team — with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes Set the region’s development pace and priorities, including which ecosystems (Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, Public Safety & Security) to prioritize, in what sequence, and with what resourcing, based on the region’s actual market conditions Design and build the actual regional team structure: FF’s standard reference model (4 vertical KAMs + 1 PAR Development Manager + 1 Pre-Sales FAE) is a starting point only — final headcount composition, role sequencing, and hiring plan are the Regional Sales Director’s call, adapted to regional realities Lead and manage the regional team once built: set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews Arbitrate CRM lead routing and enforce lead-protection and non-circumvention rules between direct KAMs and PAR partners Represent the region in the monthly Sales Steering Committee: report pipeline health, hiring and enablement progress, and elevate cross-functional blockers (Product, Finance, Legal, HR/Comp) Build the business case for further investment in the region — new verticals, channel scale-up, or additional headcount — based on demonstrated ROI
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership or regional/territory management role, ideally spanning multiple verticals or a direct + channel sales motion
  • Demonstrated success owning a full P&L, including headcount planning and resource allocation decisions, not just executing against a pre-set team structure
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills (Product, Finance, Legal, HR) and experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience standing up a new territory or region from scratch, including determining team structure and hiring sequence rather than inheriting a fixed headcount plan
  • Experience selling or leading teams selling robotics, automation, or capital equipment across multiple B2B verticals
  • Prior P&L or quota ownership above $10M in annual revenue
  • Annual Salary Range:$200,000 - $240,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
  • Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family)401(k) options
  • Casual dress code + relaxed work environment
  • Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
