Job Title: Business Analyst – Salesforce Location: New York, NY Job Type: Permanent Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce CRM expertise and domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS). You will play a key role in gathering requirements, supporting system integration, and driving process improvements for CRM-related functions, with a focus on Salesforce and data mapping.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document requirements for Salesforce CRM functions, including system integration and data mapping. Write business requirements and user stories to support development and implementation. Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate priorities to development teams. Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests, translating business needs into technical requirements or new capabilities.Coordinate with analysts and project managers/scrum masters to manage changes impacting cross-system processes and integrations. Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes. Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and project management practices. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: Proven experience gathering requirements for Salesforce CRM (Salesforce required), including system integration and data mapping Domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS) is a must; Private Equity experience is a plus.Strong experience writing business requirements and user stories. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to conduct process analysis and support business process standardization.Familiarity with Agile project management practices, ceremonies, and conventions Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating changes across systems.
