Director of Strategy

Leading strategy development for priority expansion states, the full-time remote Director of Strategy will identify market opportunities, shape state-specific entry strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support WelbeHealth's growth into new markets. Key responsibilities Develop and advance strategies for market entry in priority states, translating market analyses into actionable recommendations Monitor policy developments and competitive activity, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align on new market opportunities Produce data-driven materials for stakeholder engagement and support preparation for future RFP opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Minimum of six years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting At least three years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within a PACE organization Expertise in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Two years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
