We have a new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our dedicated team based in Wallingford.
As an experienced Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will provide administrative support to the Senior Office Manager and assist in daily office tasks to help maintain productivity and organisation.
Please note: The role will be based 5 days per week (Monday - Friday), 9am - 6pm in Wallingford
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Ordering office supplies/merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
Assisting with the coordinating of office maintenance and repairs as needed.
Ensuring the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.
Serving as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Distributing incoming mail and handling outgoing mail and packages.
Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
Assisting with the planning and execution of office events and functions.
Maintaining files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information when needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
Proficiency in Google suite and or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
