What you'll do:
Set up welding operations for production efficiency Tie rebar and assemble reinforcement Grind, patch, and finish concrete pipe Use hand and power tools; move materials safely Work environment & PPEIndustrial setting: hot in summer, cold in winter; not air conditioned Lift 35+ lbs regularlyPPE required: hard hat, ear protection, steel-toe boots We pay half the cost of your boots (up to two pairs/year) and supply rain/winter gear Skills and equipment Comfort with production welding setups Exposure to MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welders a plus Career path Steel Welder or Crane Operator: $22.13 Maintenance or Setup Welder: $22.39 Ring Welder, Locomotive Crane, or Electrician: $24.95 Working Foreman: $25.27 All rates are set by contract and posted
