About the role
One of the best hedge funds in the world is looking for an EA to support a c-suite executive. The role will be the primary support for the executive and act as a true gatekeeper/right hand. This is an amazing opportunity for a proactive, driven and experienced EA to support a high-profile executive in a very collaborative work environment!
Responsibilities:
- Very dynamic calendar management for executive24/7 mindset
- Handle highly confidential matters
- Assist in planning and arranging extensive personal and professional international and domestic travel
- Schedule appointments, plan meetings, keep phone and plane logs, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Pro-active and diligent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
