About the role
Detail-driven and experienced in healthcare operations, the full-time remote Operations AI Analyst will manage daily operations of AI-enabled member service processes, ensuring compliance and quality while collaborating with technical teams to enhance member interactions.
Key responsibilities
Execute daily operations of AI-enabled member service processes across multiple channels
Monitor performance and review interaction outcomes for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Document business and functional requirements, and lead user acceptance and regression testing
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (four years in a corporate environment)
3 to 4 years of experience in service operations, operations analysis, or contact center environments
Proven ability to translate operational processes into clear, structured documentation
Experience supporting testing activities and validating operational readiness
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including CoPilot
