As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience. Schedule required for Upper Arlington Salon + Spa 25-28 hours per weekEvening availability and Saturday availability required 24-28 hours per weekWeekday shift: scheduled hours will vary - shifts will require being able to work until 9pm Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Abilities and Skills Needed: • Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette • Strong problem-solving ability • Detail-oriented • Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth • Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software • Multitasking skillset • Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback Our Full-Time (30hrs/week)
