Job DescriptionProgram Manager – Lead High-Value Government Aviation Programmes\nMiami, FL\n\nAre you ready to take ownership of major U.S. Government aviation programmes and drive operational, financial and contractual success?\n\nWe're supporting a leading aerospace MRO organisation in the search for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale government and defence aviation contracts. This is a senior leadership opportunity with full programme ownership, including P&L responsibility, customer engagement, subcontractor management and operational execution.\n\nYour Mission as Senior Program Manager:\nLead the successful delivery of complex aviation programmes, ensuring contractual, technical, cost and schedule objectives are achieved.
