About the role

K2 Space is seeking a Senior MMIC Design Engineer to develop high‑performance RF and millimeter-wave ICs for next‑gen satellite communications. You will own MMIC designs from architecture through tapeout, characterization, and product integration. Responsibilities include designing PAs, LNAs, and RF switches in GaAs/GaN, performing RF/EM simulations, and collaborating across RF systems, packaging, and antenna teams to enable system‑level integration.
