Responsibilities:
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities, and general administrative needs Assist employees, visitors, and incoming inquiries Coordinate meetings, scheduling, office events, and meeting preparation Support hiring, new employee onboarding, and other employee-related processes Coordinate technology, equipment, and workstation needs Provide administrative support across the office as needed Handle confidential information and sensitive matters professionally Communicate staffing, facility, and workflow needs to leadership Assist with special projects and changing office priorities
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, office coordination, or executive support experience Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently Professional and confident working with employees and leadership Microsoft Office proficiency
