Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance for end-users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting remote workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via remote support.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Respond to and prioritize service desk tickets in accordance with SLAs.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and common productivity software.
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
