Welder - 2nd shift

Duties: Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications: 1-3 years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment Proficient in MIG and TIG welding (Stick welding is a plus) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols Strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship AWS Certification preferred but not required High school diploma or GED required, trade school or vocational training a plus
