About the role
Description:
Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, OR looking for a Demand/Allocation Planner to deliver plans aligned to achieve channel financial targets including Revenue, Margin, Inventory, and Profitability through optimizing seasonal, monthly and weekly flow to maximize in-stock rates and mitigate lost demand.
Duties:
- Set seasonal flow plan and store-level allocation plans based on seasonal initiatives, key consumer priorities, store-level strategy, and revenue drivers* Develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment for all stores; Monitor store performance weekly and adjust allocation units as needed based on performance vs. plan variance* Partner with x-functional partners to identify opportunities and execute in-season cross-channel inventory trade activities to maximize full-price sales* Maintain and balance healthy inventory levels with optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) for key consumer x sport x channel segments across the fleet* Influence Assortment Planning team on size curve opportunities during pre-season order entry* Support timely and accurate execution in support of new store openings* Partner with the Assortment Planning and Merchandising to prioritize allocation of everyday essential and seasonal product across channels
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience; One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 year; Masters + 0-3 years; Associates degree + 1-3 years; High School diploma/GED + 3-5 years* Ability to concisely present complex information/recommendations in meaningful terms to various audiences* A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively* Demonstrated experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial, product and inventory planning* Strong understanding of merchandise, consumer, and sport as it relates to direct strategy* A solid knowledge foundation of Excel and MS Windows applications Job Type ContractCompensation33 - $35
