About the Role: Fence Connection LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join our growing team in Marine City, MI. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in delivering quality fence installations that make a real difference for our customers. Responsibilities: Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fence systems Read and interpret job site layouts and installation plans to ensure accurate fence placement Dig post holes using manual and power equipment such as augers and post hole diggers Set fence posts, rails, and panels with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project Communicate professionally with customers and team members on site
Requirements: Prior experience in fence installation, construction, or a related trade preferred Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
