About the role

United Way of Massachusetts Bay, Inc. is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to lead our annual giving program, focusing on donors up to $10,000 and multi-channel donor engagement. You will manage a small team, partner across Development, External Affairs, and Operations, and drive strategies for donor acquisition and retention. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of fundraising experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.
